Welcome to AdLocal. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services, platforms, and tools operated by AdLocal Interactive LLC, including but not limited to:

AdLocal.com
AdLocal.ai
AdLocalPages.com
AdLocal.agency (including subdomains such as my.adlocal.agency)
Domains.AdLocal.com
Any other affiliated properties, tools, or digital platforms under the AdLocal brand (collectively, "AdLocal Services").

By using any part of the AdLocal Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies referenced herein.

1. Overview of Services

AdLocal Interactive LLC provides a unified suite of digital marketing, advertising, CRM, AI automation, website creation, lead generation, and local listing services through its affiliated platforms. Our services include but are not limited to:

AI-Generated Business Listings & Pages
Local SEO & Directory Services
CRM & Automation Tools (e.g., SMS, email, forms, scheduling)
AI-Powered Advertising Campaign Management
White-Labeled Marketing Platforms
Affiliate and Reseller Program Access

2. Eligibility

To use AdLocal Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts. By using our Services, you affirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration and Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree not to impersonate others or provide inaccurate information.
You may not use AdLocal Services for illegal, unethical, or fraudulent purposes.

4. Use of Affiliated Services

Your use of any individual service (e.g., AdLocalPages.com listing, CRM access via AdLocal.agency, AI features via AdLocal.ai, domain services via Domains.AdLocal.com) constitutes acceptance of these Terms as a unified agreement.

AdLocal Interactive LLC may combine services, data, features, or subscriptions across its affiliated platforms to deliver bundled or integrated marketing solutions.

We reserve the right to:

Cross-promote or integrate services across domains
Aggregate usage data across platforms
Manage support and billing centrally across all AdLocal Services

5. Subscription Terms & Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, based on plan).
Services may include one-time setup or onboarding fees.
You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

Cancellation Notice Requirement:
"All monthly marketing service subscriptions purchased through any AdLocal platform require a minimum of 30 days advance notice of cancellation, submitted both by email and by phone to our support team. If a cancellation request is submitted but no confirmation is received within 30 days, the account will be charged for an additional monthly period in accordance with services rendered. This policy ensures proper offboarding and service continuity.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services."

6. Affiliate & Reseller Program

Participants in the AdLocal affiliate program must comply with all rules outlined in the separate Affiliate Agreement. AdLocal reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time.

Commission payouts and affiliate access may be managed through AdLocal.ai or another approved partner platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, and trademarks across AdLocal Services are the intellectual property of AdLocal Interactive LLC. You may not copy, resell, or repurpose our assets without written consent.

8. Data & Privacy

Use of AdLocal Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to data collection and processing as described therein.

9. Disclaimers & Limitations

AdLocal Services are provided "as-is" with no guarantees of specific results.
We are not liable for business outcomes, missed leads, or third-party service failures.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure uptime and accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of any AdLocal Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
